Resources

Where to Find Practice Questions (all in library):
  • BarBri, Kaplan, or Themis Bar Exam Books
  • Examples and Explanations Series
  • Question and Answer Series
  • Finz Multistate Method or Emmanuel’s S&T for the MBE
  • Law in a Flash Cards
  • Emanuel Law Outlines
  • Some of your profs will provide them (but you’ll need more than that)
  • At the back of Weekly Guide to Being a Model Law Student
Free Websites with Useful Things:
  • Quimbee.com – the search for definitions is free.
  • Oyez.org – explanations of Supreme Court cases.
  • CALI.org – lessons and questions.
  • Law.cornell.edu – Legal Information Institute – definitions and annotated statutes.
  • Justia.com – legal guides for many subjects.
  • Ble.mn.gov – Minnesota State Bar – bar questions and representative good answers
  • BarBri.com -- Free 400-something page advice and explanation book – if you log in to their Website, I was told “when students login to eProducts for the first time, they will also see the book on their bookshelf immediately.” You can ask them to send you a hard copy. Maybe ask a BarBri representative how this works.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
