Project Description: The new STEM Building will feature an activated first floor with an innovation center, idea pitch spaces, and a café, creating a seamless connection to the Science and Technology Building and the Darla Moore School of Business. Upper floors will include flexible instructional spaces, faculty offices, and wet, damp, and dry research laboratories designed to support interdisciplinary collaboration. The project also includes a potential research greenhouse and a district energy plant on the basement level.
