Our collections department is responsible for recovering money owed — through loan repayment or outstanding balances — by students who accumulate debt or are no longer enrolled with the university.
You can avoid costly fees and penalties by learning the processes for delinquent accounts and loan repayment.
Delinquent and uncollectible student accounts are transferred to Student Collections. Learn more about the collections process, how to make payments and how to prevent your account from being turned over to an outside collections agency.
Once you graduate, withdraw or drop below half-time enrollment, you are required to complete exit counseling to understand your rights and responsibilities and loan repayment terms.
