Report an Incident

You can report incidents of discrimination and harassment to the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX by submitting a Discrimination and Harassment Incident Form.

How Do I report?

If you or someone you know has been the victim of discrimination or harassment at the University of South Carolina, you can report it. 

Visit the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX website for more information on protected characteristics, reporting process, and resources.

Accessibility Barrier Reporting Form

Individuals who encounter a barrier to access (physical, programmatic, parking, etc.) on the basis of disability at the University of South Carolina, may report it to the ADA Coordinator by using the Accessibility Barrier Reporting Form.
