USC Bus/Driver Request
Parking and Transportation Services offers buses and drivers for use by departments and other USC organizations. Please review the rates and then complete the request form. If charging to a department, you will need the appropriate PeopleSoft chart fields.
Rates
Rates effective July 1, 2026
No alcoholic beverages can be consumed or transported on university buses. University buses only travel within a 50 mile radius of downtown Columbia.
Weekday Bus Rental Fee
- $250 per day: Cutaway style (small)
- $250 per day: Transit style (large)
Weekend/Holiday Bus Rental Fee
- $275 per day: Cutaway style (small)
- $300 per day: Transit style (large)
Add Driver
- $50 per hour: Regular Hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- $75 per hour: Overtime Hours - 4 hour minimum (weekdays after 5 p.m., weekends, holidays)
