Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

The UDL framework supports faculty in developing strategies to anticipate and address diverse learner needs while encouraging dynamic teaching methods that accommodate different learning approaches. CTE has launched a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) initiative, offering workshops, a short course, and a community of practice to help faculty create inclusive and flexible learning experiences for all students.

Universal Design for Learning Course (Re)Design Grant

The UDL Course (Re)Design grant supports faculty who have completed the UDL in Practice Short Course by providing an opportunity to apply the UDL framework to a course they are currently teaching or planning to teach.

UDL workshops guide faculty in applying UDL principles through thoughtful revisions of their learning materials.
